My plan

Ok so here's what I'm thinking.....gonna get a cheap controller with the lil joytick nubs like a ps2 controller, hack it apart and strip away all that I dont need and leave the lil joytick nub. Ill then countersink it and mount it to the cp. Finally I'll use that joymouse program which let's you use the joystick as a mouse....and voila...a tiny joystick. You think it will work?? I would just rather have a dedicated joystick-mouse.

Good idea...

I wonder if it may be difficult to mount tho.  The PS2 ones I think are kinda like a ball socket, you may need to retain the top part of the pad to stop it slopping around - this could make it difficult to mount (?)

Just a thought, do you think the joymouse program or any of the other similar programs will be able to allow me to use the analog even...or will I be forced to use the directional pad?

Yeah I will probably buy a controller for the pc this weekend if I can ever get off ---my bottom--- and do something. Until i get my digital camera and scraps together Ill just write it down.
