Marquee LED Strip question

Hey all,

I got myself a nice LED strip from Happ but I'm a little confused about the wiring setup.  I need to hook it into my pc power supply but the wires coming from the strip are both black and I wanted to double check with you all before I move ahead.  As this pic shows, there is a resistor on the strip that I figured leads to the power line and the other should be the ground.  Is this right?

What's the part number on that strip?

If it's a DC voltage version then there should be + and - markings on the circuit board.

But it looks to me like the kind designed to replace fluorescent lights, which would mean that it's a 120v AC version. If that's the case then it doesn't matter which side goes where, but it has to be wired to a mains supply, not the pc power supply. (ie, 12v , 5v, etc)

I'm making a mame cab so I only have a pc power supply.  Am I screwed?

LED lamp assembly replaces traditional fluorescents

Connector matches existing machine plug that originally connected to the ballast assembly for easy and quick installation

Those three descriptions lead me to believe it's designed to plug straight into the 110-120v AC where the fluorescent ballast would have been wired to.

You're not screwed, just gotta find an AC source to tap into.
I don't know how your cab is designed or what's in it, but if you have a power strip of sorts, plug it in there.

That thing really should have come with some form of paperwork.
