 Sounds like the one's that do not possess it are the fortunate one's if they planned on using as an actual rc car but I am sure they are well worth what they costed as a collectors piece in the near future especially to some of them die hard G.O.W. fans.

I guess a RC car that can't turn was acceptable to whoever was in charge of that.  I also heard rumors of a recall so his might have been one that was released anyway due to shortages or something.
