Atari 2600 Box Scans?

Hey, does anyone know why there are no Atari 2600 Box Scans on the EmuMovies FTP server?   Or anywhere else for that matter?   I couldn't really find any where that didn't make me download them one at a time.   Are these copywrited or something?  Or is there just so many different varieties out there that no one put them together in a pack?
