FS: Partially working Paperboy Boardset

Here are the problems that I am aware of:

CPU: Some audio problems - a few beeps here and there, but otherwise audio is not working correctly. When paired with a working video board (not the one listed below) all other gameplay is good.
Video Board: Scrambled video as shown in the picture below. Also see below for a video of the scrambled, er, um, video. When paired with a working CPU (not the one listed above), all other play is good.

$75 for both shipped to the continental US.
