Cabs in Pittsburgh, PA
« on: November 01, 2008, 05:50:10 pm »
I have 2 cabs in my garage that have been collecting dust for about 5 years.  I've finally decided that I will never do anything with them.

The first is a completely gutted Karate Champ.  It does have the marquee and an over/under coin door.  There is some damage to the upper left corner and both corners on the bottom back.  This could be a good candidate for MAME.  This is a free cabinet... Just come and pick it up.  I can't deliver.

Take a look at the photos:

The second cab is a complete working Merit Trivia Whiz from 1985.  I'm pretty sure this was a conversion, but I have no idea what the original may have been.   There is some damage on one of the corners on the front lower part of the cab and 2 of the lights on the buttons no longer work.  Other than that it works just fine.  Sound works, picture is clear, etc...  I even have the service manual and conversion kit instructions.

I'm hoping to get $50 for this cab.  Again take a look at the photos:

Let me know if you have any questions on either cab or would like additional pictures.  Both of these cabs are pickup only, I can't deliver!

Looks like a Centuri cab... Pleiads, Time Pilot and Vanguard all used the woodgrain style.

No interest?  Unfortunately these are gonna have to go in the dumpster if I can't find a taker in the next week or so...

If no one here will take them, I bet someone on Craigslist or Freecycle will.
