Arcade VGA and J-pac issue.
« on: October 23, 2008, 01:24:20 pm »
Hi guys,

I just hooked up the Ultimarc Arcade vga card to a j-pac inside my ki2 cab with a wells gardner U2000 monitor, and i get no picture.

I'm assuming its because i didnt set the resolution correctly, so could someone tell me a good resolution to start off with  for games like killer instinct, mortal kombats, etc...?

Failing my assumption, can anyone shed any further light in regards to my issue?

The most common issue is the J-PAC is not connected to the PC USB or PS/2 port so has no power.

If this is not the problem, its better resolved by email: andy@ultimarc.com

The jumpers are set at default (15khz and 31khz). i have a 'sync in' amber light on, and the self test led is on constantly (red).

i did notice the ps2 port was a little hard to push in, but i made sure it was in all the way.
