Scott's been a little hard to get a hold of lately, but I did finally hear from him regarding my order. When did you place your order? My CPO was actually printed and packaged for shipment within a few days of ordering, but UPS lost the shipment. You might be in the same boat I'm in if our stuff went out at the same time.
I was a little warm too when I couldn't get a hold of him, but he did apologize for the situation (which was out of his control) and made everything right. He reprinted the CPO the next day, and expedited shipping.
I heard he's been having problem's receiving email from hotmail or yahoo accounts, and while you may already know that, who's to say other accounts aren't getting blocked. It might be worth trying from a different email address. Or try sending him a personal message. I know how frustrating the situation is, and trust me, I'm not making excuses, but I'm pretty sure it's safe to bet that you're not gonna get ripped off. He just has to get the communication thing nailed down.
