EMS Topgun help

ok i have the ems topguns and i was getting it ready to use 2 guns.  so i decided to use the external power source.  Problem is I used too much power and i think i fried my sensor bars.  is there a way to figure out whats wrong because i looked inside the bars and nothing looked burned.
