Just kidding!

There have been a couple of cabs made completely of polycarbonate, neither of which i particularly liked.

I haven't seen a cab with just a polycarb CP. The problem you may have is trying to blend the CP with the rest of the cab without it sticking out like a sore thumb.

If you want to go down that route I think you either need to carry on the theme with the rest of the cab (maybe have polycarb inserts in other parts of the cab etc) and/or you could just make the CP top out of polycarb rather than the whole thing.

What I would like to see is a polycarb CP with a CP overlay on which reveals the (backlit) polycarb in places to complement the graphic.

At the end of the day its horses for courses.  If you think its a good idea then go for it, you the one who will be playing on it.

Good luck with it, I will be interested to see what you come up with.

Have you considered lighting it?

That would be pretty neat, like those clear neon phones from the 80's.......or clear PC gaming rigs
