Multiple Trackballs/Spinners
« on: September 19, 2008, 11:57:00 am »
Hello,

I am trying to build a cabinet with swapable panels.  I am running Windows 2000 and I just realized that it does not recognize the multiple spinners (2 EZMount Spinners) or trackballs (via Opti-PAC Interface) as separate mouses.

Is there anyway I can get Windows 2000 to recognize multiple mouses?

If not, what version of Windows will work?

Thanks for your help

XP and Vista will work.  I think 98se will as well.

XP and Vista will work.

Yes (with semi-recent to current mame).
Win2000 won't :-\ due to OS limitations security features.

I haven't tested it recently, but I'm not sure it'll work anymore on current mame.
