hackers mame tv show?

hi was talking to this bloke my friend knows, he has been in to retro things for years, he has this idea and has done a bit about it.

hes a media/tv producer and has produced documentries on wildlife ect, now he has started this project on hacking,
he wants to go from the 1st computer pirates to hacking the ps, and the carts for megadrives and copy units for snes ect.

he has did some interviews ive been told with somw c64, amiga cracking crews and has had a interview with rob nothern protection about there amigs/st schemes.

so in light of it all he has secured info from a few sites on the net to allow him to show how the humble tape, disc has been transferd to digital fornmat to save and archive the work done all thoes years ago.

he is going to spread that to hardware emulation so mame comes into it how they took the hardware and software and made it all work.

he has and has to do lots of research and thinks it will be done in a year, and want to showcase cabinet building and retro roms running, his production crew are finding out about the legability of using the roms showing it all off.

hes in somme asian town finding out about ds carts like r4 and how the sness n64 has hacked.

the guy is anarse and will prob fall on his face, lots of legal tape to cut or hack lol
