Arcade Technologies OC-ATX ArcadePC chassis

Anyone know of where I might be able to find an Arcade Technologies OC-ATX or similar/generic "blind-front" chassis? - other than the obvious eBay/Arcade-Technologies   (mentioned in arcadecontrols news 8/5/99)  I believe it was used (if it is indeed the same/or similar to the shelf-integrated Quantum3D QuickSilver II/Graphite chassis) in the *rare* Quake 1 arcade cabinet as well as in the Midway series of Thunder racing cabinets but I have not been able to find a cheap/damaged cabinet that I could salvage it from, and it is not such a novelty that I would be able to spend $4200 on a good condition Hydro Thunder cab to gut for it ...

I was thinking about modding a rackmount to put in my cab but this would be easier to mount and would serve as a tribute to the failed OAA*/NANI initiatives as well as I like the built-in shock-absorption and I think it looks pretty cool.

I found the manufacturer/designer of the chassis, ironically named Chassis Plans but I am afraid to inquire as to the cost of the minimum order of 20 chassis'  

Arcade Technologies seems to be taking a dirt nap and aside from distancing itself completely from the ArcadePC market, Quantum3D does not offer a basic "empty" chassis.   The Proton MicroPC from HyperWare/Ultracade/whomever is "ruggedized" but does not have a similar "single-side"/"blind-front" design.

Sorry, I don't have any links handy for you...  but my first thought was just get a rackmount anything...  you cna probably get a gutted proliant server from a PC salvage place that get's corporate roll downs.

*shrug*  Besides the cool form factor and shock absorbtion... what's the interest/reasoning behind wanting this exact  look/case style? (just curious)

just my childlike mind's gestalt fascination with shiny things

I was hoping that this particular case would be easy to find** since it was so nifty looking but I was really just looking for something with a similar design; makes everything easy to access from one side and with it being wall/shelf-mountable and shock-absorbing no need to remove it to move the cab.

But basically because it is nifty looking

Any interest in these cases? Quite nice for in a cabinet you have up against a wall, preventing back-door access... no blind access.

If there's significant interest, I'll research ordering a 10-lot.
