History Channel- Video Games: Behind the Fun
« on: August 26, 2008, 04:16:07 pm »
For anyone that has a Netflix account, go to the Watch it Instantly section, TV, and then select History Channel on the right side.

Video Games: Behind the Fun is 43 minutes and a fun little look at the video industry.

Check it out if you have Netflix!

Oh, I have to mention... it is a bit dated, I think it was made in 2000 so when they get to modern games and consoles it is definitely a bit dated, but it's still a fun watch.

There's also the one called Game On: the Unauthorized History of arcade games - or something like that.  Was a fun one to watch when I saw it a few times.  Goes all the way back to pre-pong and up to current day.

Modern Marvels recently did a show on Coin-Ops.  Though, they didn't just cover games.   It was still pretty interesting.
