mala layout convertor? vert layout wanted

hi used the prog to convert mamewah layouts to mala, but all it showed was the gamelist, no pictures/colours?

also tryed play the game layout, put font in folder and the other files in ptg folder but mala wouldnt see it, all i can get is the basic one (world) to work.

im after a layout that shows list and the game pic/avi for vert cab.

have you tried the retroGUI layout?

That's what I'm using on my vertical machine (mine's a cocktail, so I changed the cabinet image to a cocktail machine instead) but it works, is really quite simple and elegant and you can easily change the .png view into an .avi view instead if you want intro movies to play.

ill try that and omit everything on it but mame, hopefully i can get some other ones

That converter does not move the graphics. You need to copy that yourself.
