That's Mark from Space Age Amusement, an operator located near downtown.  He's been listing it for a few months, he's also got a Joust cocktail for $1000.   I bought an Omega Race from him, and the transaction went smooth.  He's asking a bit much for those two games in the current market, as is evident by the fact that they still haven't sold after being posted several times in the past couple months.
