FS: Various Donkey Kong parts - coin mechs, etc.
« on: August 08, 2008, 03:13:35 pm »
I've got a bunch of spare parts from a Donkey Kong machine (TKG4-UP-US) that I thought someone might have a use for.  I have no idea what most of this is worth so I've priced it how I thought would be fair, but if you want something and think my price is unreasonable, please feel free to PM me with an offer.  I'll ship from the Kansas City area.  Also, I'm willing to sell the joysticks and coin mechs individually.

1. Front screen clamp for holding the glass in place.  $10 shipped.

2. Coin box - had been painted black.  I sanded this down quickly but didn't get into the inside or corners.  $30 shipped (it's big and heavy).

3. Power switch and fuse. $8 shipped.

4. Coin switches and service button. $8 shipped.

5. Metal control panel - had been converted to something else.  A bit rusty and dirty, but figured I'd throw it up here just in case. Free for cost of shipping - should be $15-20.

6. Coin mechs.  Asahi Seiko Co. Ltd. Part No. KWM / 740.  They should be fully functional.  $25 shipped for the pair or $15 shipped each.

Also, I have a few feedback on this forum as a seller/trader, and on eBay as buyer and seller as kaneda-: http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=kaneda-&ftab=AllFeedback.  Again, feel free to make me an offer here or by PM... thanks!

Eric

Prices now posted on the items.  Contact me if you think they're unfair - I'll consider all reasonable offers.

Bump... anyone interested in anything?  Seriously, if you think my prices are too high just PM me with what you think is more reasonable.  I'll consider it.   This stuff isn't doing me any good just sitting in my basement...

Do you still have the coin mechs? I might be interested in one of them. My cocktail was missing most of the mech when I got it, but I don't know if they're the same. I'll have to check the part number when I get home. What's there does look similar to those though. I'm also missing the little loop under the coin return slot to catch the coin on the outside of the plate.

edit: Just checked it, mine is the same, so I'd definitely be interested in one :) Mine is missing the brass angled piece that guides the coin from the slot down the chute. I'm assuming these are for US quarters, is that correct? I only need 1 because that's all the DK cocktail has.
