Ultimate mortal Kombat 3 help!!!
« on: August 04, 2008, 04:59:15 pm »
ok guys so my UMK3 PCB juuust came in, right now i have a cab wired with Mortal Kombat 1 jamma. So i did the switchy and all that, But i didnt switch any of the jamma wiring, i just simply unplugged it from the MK1 and inserted it into the UMK3......when i turn it on, the monitor is all fuzzy green and i can barely see the characters fighting, theres no sound either, just an extremely high pitched ......constant sound.....that gave me a massive headache btw. Did i just pay for a faulty board?? or am i just dumb?

Probably a bad board. I have a cabinet that I switch out Wrestlemania and MK 1-3 and I've never had any problems. The button layout is not the same between all versions but the video out is.
