Vista64 and vlite suggestions

This is my first post and I am a total noob to arcade construction.  i've read a ton about which OS to use and thanks to Taz's benchmarking post i'm going to use Vista64.

I want to strip it down using vLite.  Does anyone have any suggestions on what installation options i should remove?  This will be a cabinet dedicated to mame and other emulators.  i'd like it to be as efficient an OS as possible.
