Anyone know where I can score white ball tops that fit happ joysticks? :banghead:

Failing that, try getting hold of some kind of plasti-kote style spraypaint and lacquer and you can colour the old ones yourself.

Yeah I thought about spray paint.........just makes me feel dirty though.

But, it seems to be my only option.

But after moderate use, wouldn't it just rub/flake/scratch off quite readily?

I can supply a Versa-Ball shaft in a color that is not "cue ball" opaque white, but it is white. 
 
If you want one, just order a Versa-Ball and specify that you "would like a white top" in the comments section at checkout time.

That just totally lost me. What was even going on here?

Kowal has the facility to make shafts to enable Sanwa or Seimitsu ball tops to be fitted to Happ joysticks.

No, plasti-kote creates a proper rubber/silicone-like finish that is flexible, and the proper sealant creates a clear, solid seal - much like on a car.

Ahhhh.  I see now.  I was just used to putting paint on plastics and having the paint flake off pretty quickly.
