MAME Monitor Tweaks -- Where is the autosyncrefresh_range patch from RetroBlast?

I've just finished reading an excellent article on MAME monitor tweaks from RetroBlast over at : http://www.retroblast.com/Articles/RetroBlast-MAME-Monitor-Tweaks.php

It mentions a patch to MAME v0.103u2 or later but it doesn't seem to be available anymore.

Does anybody know if it's still hosted somewhere?  I'd really like the autosyncrefresh_range option that the author talks about.
