Need help Identifying Arcade part....

So I was packaging up several boards for a trade last night and I stumbled on a bag with a mysterious (to me at least) item.  I believe its a conversion tool of some sort.  Its Jamma on one end but a smaller connector on the opposite.  Anyone know what this is or what its worth?

Apologies for the crap pics.  Cell Phones....gotta love em and hate em.
