Do you think who ever designed that visited the site?  When I first saw it the first thought that came to my mind was someone here built it.  It looks like something a DIYer would build.

I'm not quite sure who built it, but I do know for a fact that it will be running a modified version of the Maximus Arcade front end specifically geared to run Namco's 25th Anniversary PC CD Rom.

Thanks for the kudos, but I just moderate the Maximus Arcade forum.  "Mameseer" is the actual author of the great front end.  I just work for him, which is how I know the inside scoop on the Mountain Dew project.  :)

P.S. - A new beta version of the front end was released.  Version 1.10 beta 4.
