WANTED: someone to set up mame w/front end
« on: June 07, 2008, 01:23:02 pm »
i have a DreamArcades cocktail,m and while it works just fine, it runs mame32, and the interface looks a bit cheesy.  So, im looking to hire someone to set this machine up with mame, and a decent front end, so it looks a little better than just the text menu.

im in North Jersey (07512), please let me know if you could help.

In the event you haven't gotten any replies - pick one and try it out. Say, like, Atomic. Just go with the stock set-up. Then maybe look in the docs and play with it.

Or you could try GameEx. Plenty of themes, available from within the fe so you can switch on the fly. All you have to do is go through the 'basic' set-up process. (There are different levels of access; basic is pretty simple. You don't have to set up all the available emulators. Just do Mame and check it out.)
