Help with router bit for t-molding
« on: June 01, 2008, 05:01:10 pm »
Okay.  I have a cab made with 5/8" MDF, and I'm planning on buying http://www.t-molding.com/store/product.php?productid=5&cat=0 that t-molding.  I'm going to use an exacto-knife to cut off the excess, but I need to order the correct bit to cut the wood at all.  I don't know what size, though I hear the three bladed is what I'm looking for.  Can anyone help?  A link to an online store would be excellent.

It says "Requires a slot cutting arbor, such as the A200B or equivalent." Does that mean you'd need an adapter to hook this up to a router?

this is the arbor in question

the blade alone wont do you any good if you aint got the right arbor to put it on.
