i'm building a midway (galaga/ms pac type cab) replica and i haven't looked into coin doors yet...
i don't want to restore, so which coin door would be anywhere near the original?

A "pinball" coin door is the modern equivalent to the original Midway door.

I have been wondering the same. I was looking at these 2:
-
Happ: Multi-Player Door
($103.90)
-
Happ: Pinball Door
($66.45)
Not sure why the first one costs so much more, but might be the use of aluminum. Which actually might make it cheaper in the end when shipping is calculated.
