Today is Dakota Bihn's 9th birthday!  Who is she and what makes her birthday so special?  Dakota has a fatal disease called Tay-sachs.  Most children with this horrible disease die before the age of 5...it is ALWAYS fatal.  Dakota celebrates her 9th birthday today, which is a tremendous blessing!
