30       10 uf @ 250 volt
20       22 uf @ 50 volt
20       22 uf @ 250 volt
100     47 uf @ 50 volt
20       47 uf @ 250 volt
100     100 uf @ 50 volt

Special Bi-polar types:

Remember those listed above are "radial" style leads. I generally buy the Xicon brand cause they are the cheapest.

GREAT info.

Someone ought to make up an order on digikey or mouser and give us an estimated cost of the whole order.  And a bonus would be to make a spreadsheet with the part number of the vendor for the correct item.

I would do it, but I am lazy.   :dunno

A person could also order most of those capacitors in the 105 degree temperature rating (better, but cost a few pennies more) instead of the usual 85 degree for longer capacitor life in monitors.

i always order 105 degree due to the enclosed conditions of monitors

Could someone make this a sticky?  This is fantastic info that people are probably looking for a lot... I know I just reproduced it myself from kits the other day and this could have saved me a couple hours of work.

Here is the mouser project.  I used these criteria: 1. cheapest 2. In stock 3. Not at end of life.  As of 5/14/2010 anyway.

3.3uf @ 50V should be added to this list...G07s have two of them.

I just looked at that Mouser project more in-depth.  I'd just scanned it before.  Here's my take:

1) I'd go with hi-temp only caps.  They last longer than standard 85ºC caps.

2) Lelon brand capacitors haven't been getting good reviews.  @ BadCaps.Net forums they're listed on the bad caps list.  I'd do nothing but Nichicon brand.  More expensive

Then again, Xicon got bad reviews too, and I never had an issue with them.  Time will tell on Lelon.

Everybody is probably going to want something a little different.  That's why I went with:  1.  Cheapest  2.  In-Stock  3. Not End of Life.  You can't get 105 degree caps for all of them and you can't get all the same brand.  I guess if you wanted out of stock you could, but what's the point if delivery is some time in October.

I updated it.  I added an End of Life cap, but they had over 1000 in stock.  If I added one that met the criteria, it was over $1 per cap.  These are only 10 cents.

If i get time, I'll make another project with the following criteria:  1.  105 degree  2. Not EOL  3.  In stock.  Do you have a brand recommendation?

Nichicon is my choice.

Here's a 3.3uf, 50V BP for a quarter.

I didn't add that one because there were only 64 in stock and the delivery date for more was 11/1/2010.

A few of these are OOS.

Would you like me to create an up-to-date list with replacements?

A lot of those are either out of stock (endless back order) or have been discontinued. Yes, it's probably time for an updated list. :)
