He hasn't responded to several emails over the last 2 weeks. Did I miss a memo?

Yes. Can't remember the thread but he is very busy at the moment and looking for someone he knows to help out with the orders. He says he's falling a bit behind with the custom/design stuff (because it's time consuming) but is pretty much keeping up to date with the regular stuff. So if you are looking for something custom then in the mean time it would be better for you to get someone else to design the artwork and send it to him for printing.

Ah ha!

Using my masterful search skills I have located this thread:
http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=79734.0

I know, I have been really horrible lately on answering some of the more complex questions, which are typically byoac'ers.  My communications skills are fine, it is just a lack of time.

I am struggling with what to do, I am getting the normal orders out in a timely manner, it is just the custom stuff that takes some thought and time that I am screwing up.  I am looking for an employee to help with the business now, it is just tough to bring a stranger into my home with my wife/kids (yes I print out of my home)  So I am trying to talk my friends or a family members to come and help, but I am not having much luck.  Though my dad is trying to sell his house in tenn to come home to michigan to help, but the home market is so bad he is not having much luck...

The other choice is to quit the day job (I work for one of the big 3 or is that 4 now...), but it is tough to give up a job like that with insurance for the extra few prints I would get with more time.

So again, I apologize, if you do have a project that requires changes to current items, or quotes, there will be some delay.  The best thing to do is to hire someone here to create the items and then send me the files.

Scott

Poor Scott. Tell me, I sent him a file that I need him to print - does that count as normal or custom? Well, I hope the dude gets everything worked out. He's a major value to the community and I'd hate to see him go.
