Star Wars Arcade
« on: May 26, 2008, 05:11:14 am »
Found this gem and I am going to contact the guy to possibly buy;

 Star Wars Arcade Atari - $850

Up for sale is a Atari 1983 Star Wars Arcade from my personal collection. Game is in Very Good to Great condition. Side art is in great shape with absolutely no fading. The monitor in this is the original.

Wanted the boards opinion what ya all thought about the price and shape from the pics.......

The pics are a bit small and low res. From what I see it looks pretty nice.
The monitor can't be judged by these pics, too small and too low res.

Find out whether the monitor is an Ampliphone or Wells Gardner.  The Amps are more desireable, but have a problem with the flyback burning up.  If it's the Amp, find out if it's the original red colored flyback or if it's been replaced.  Replacements are available, so it's still better to get a game with the Amp.
