New forums

New category: Arcade Collecting. Restoration and pinball forums added, arcade miscellaneous renamed to miscellaneous arcade and moved to new category.

This is an experiment - if these don't pick up a reasonable amount of activity they'll probably disappear and posts will be merged into miscellaneous arcade. We'll give them a good long time to get established though.

Volunteers wanted to post lists of threads that should be moved to the restoration or pinball forums.

I guess most of my other threads will need to end-up in the Restoration section too, but most of those cabs have none or little work done yet.
