I just sent a message saying I'll never do any business with him due to his terrible product, bad attitude, and poor support.

Exact message:
Due to what I've just heard about your bad attitude, poor support, and terrible product, I'm just writing to inform you that you will never have my business and I'm helping spread the word that no one should buy from ARCADEJOE30.

And his reply:

Who cares what you think. I have all my repeat customers who know good quality
when they see it. I don't need people like you who don't know a damn thing. You
don't stand a chance to put me out of business. I have thousands of other customers who think I conduct business in a very professional manner.

Funny...the guy claims to have THOUSANDS of customers, yet he's only had 328 transactions.

I'm not doubting your comments about the items you received, but is it wise to go multi-board slating the guy? It could be a one-off based on the other feedback, though his responses sound brash and as a trader he should have responded better.

there's no way of know what THIS buyers emails to this guy were like, as we are only hearing a 1-sided story.   As said before, his previous record seems untarnished.

---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- happens... but how a seller deals with said "---steaming pile of meadow muffin---" is what determines whether or not I will do business with them.  This guy is on my "do not do business with" not because of his product,  but how he dealt with Garry after the fact.

There are too many options out there to have to deal with douchebaggery of this magnitude.

PS: Garry has a good rep over at KLOV and I'd take him for his word as to how things went down...

Good points. Clean record or not, his responses were pretty harsh to say the least.
