« on: May 13, 2008, 03:19:34 pm »
Hi ALL,

This is my first post and looking for some help.  I found a mad catz arcade stick for $20.  and I'm trying to put together the following

-Ms pac man analog controller  / HAPP

-3 push buttons  / 1 - start   1- A   1- B

Mad Catz Internals  USB to the 360.

just need to know where are the grounds,  up, down, left, right  solder points and I'm good to go.

any help is appreciated.

Peace

Rick

I hacked one of these, it was pretty easy.  I posted some pics here

I'm not sure if there is a common ground, I ran a seperate ground for each contact.  If you open it up, you will see two contacts for each button.  It's fairly obvious once you open it up.  You can see where the buttons or D Pad push down on 2 contacts, I don't think it matters which one you send to ground.  I hope that helps.

Ed.
