Installing arcadevga on new system

My hardware for my cab arived today, 2.4ghz c2d 2gig ram. I have everything but my jpac and arcadevga what im wondering as my mobo is non intergrated and has no os installd how can i install the arcadevga if i cant view the screen or will the pc automaticaly reconize the card and display the boot screen before i install the drivers?

Just like any video card produced,  Windows will recognize it and likely install generic VGA drivers.  Worst case you're going to have to plug a PC monitor in to it until the drivers are installed.
