Can i use any other emus with the arcadevga like snes megadrive? Or evern dreamcast?

I have not found an emulator that doesn't work with the AVGA.  Remember, you can always use 640x480 interlaced worst case, so anything that supports 640x480 will be fine.  If you have a multisync arcade monitor, you can go even higher (640x480 progressive, 800x600 and 1024x768 in some cases).
