Mounting a trackball - Up down directions?

I just got my track ball in today. It's a used happs 3" golden tee. To mount it so all directions are correct, the ground wires would go twards to p1 right?

As in this picture:

I dont remember who's picture this is, and hope they dont mind me linking to it. I'll remove the link once I figure all this out.

Check this thread

The green grounds are opposite the other wires, so, yes, the grounds go upper left corner.
