I see more and more pinball related threads. I think it would be great to have all these under a separate Pinball section.

Now, the first thing nay-sayers will argue will be that there are many Pinball forums already.
But that's not our target-audience. Our target-audience are BYOACers/Arcade collectors who take their first baby steps in pinball collecting/restoring. These are people who usually know their way in relation to video arcade games, but not in pinball land. And they would like to share with like-minded people.

So if you agree, please vote Yes.

Personally, I would vote no. I like to post about pinball here, but to get help I prefer the pin section at KLOV. Why? Because there are several experts that help out there. D_Zoot drops in here from time to time, but the others don't.

If there became a sub forum for pins, it would become yet another section I don't visit. And don't even consider a daughter board, everyone forgets they exist as soon as they are made.

Stick with arcade misc - that way the action in there stays pretty regular.

Dude, just how many new threads for pinball do you think would pop up each day? I doubt the new forum would even average 1 per day. I don't mean to be a constant nay-sayer, but the fact is that more and more specialized sections do not make the forum better - it dilutes the forum.

There are members who own and fix pinballs on this board, but there are also members who own and fix pool tables, air hockey tables, ticket dispensing machines, dart boards, urinals...

I can barely keep up with all the sections and subsections we already have.
