i sent them a ticket 2 days ago with a question and still have not heard back from them.

As far as iam concerned if they are too busy to answer my question they are too busy to recieve my 100 bucks for printed artwork.

any other good sites out there that actually want customers $?

Do you have a HOTMAIL account?

We are moved, but still playing "catchup".  We are working on orders from 3-30 until today 4-9.   Any new orders will be delayed until we get caught up with these orders. Expect a 10 day lead time to ship for any new orders after today.  We are sorry for the delay, but the move was much more involved and time consuming then anticipated. Hopefully in the long run, the move will make things better for our customers with new services and faster service.

On another Note, hotmail is blocking our emails, I spent hours on the phone with them and did everything they asked but I still get blocked every once in a while.  If you are using this free email service please add my email to your white list or move to Gmail it is much better...

Flaming skills aside (this is a site that's not known for flaming that much....though there are some heated threads....D2K, anyone?), you coming in and bitching about this is pretty stupid. Even more stupid is the fact that it's about a store with a very good reputation around here. A store that clearly states exactly what's going on at the moment.

MM was a touch late shipping me some marquee plexiglass, but the artwork came fast enough.  It was sure worth the wait, the stuff looked great.   I actually felt bad cutting holes into my CPO even though that was the point.

Emdkay.net supposedly does top notch work, some say even better than Mamemarquees (as far as color), and, it's definitely cheaper.  They don't do CP's though, I'm actually splitting order because of it, Marquee to Emdkay, CP to Mamemarquees.

Both guys have been absolutely great though, no complaints.  We should all keep in mind that we're all in this for fun and not for "business," these guys are doing us a favor by catering to us, when other printers charge a lot more for this.

In other news... if I didn't already invest and cut my Lexan overlay for my CP, I would totally have done this... I realize at the studio where I work, there's this whole print shop and they can do personal jobs for payment.  I asked about printing options (in case Mamemarqees was too busy) and they said they could make me a reverse-printed piece of Plexi for my CP, for like $90... which I know if more than using an underlay but damn, that would have been sick.
