Replacing buttons on the X-Arcade joysticks

I have a X-Arcade joystick for my cabinet, but id like to replace the buttons with glowing buttons, it says here its easy to do only takes a few minutes.... http://www.xgaming.com/htm/xfaq.shtml#13 but it doesn't say how.... does anyone have this joystick and know how to replace the buttons? Thanks

thats a cool site, but I mean, how do I, take the old buttons out, to put the new ones in?
