« on: April 04, 2008, 11:23:34 pm »
Version 1.6.9.0 of Aussie Juke has been released.
Added support for showing video clips on 2nd monitor. Also supports wmv & some avi video files.

Version 1.6.6.0 of Aussie Juke has been released.
Improved parsing of tags and file names. Added support for small / full video window. (only tested with mpeg1 files so far)

Version 1.6.5.0 of Aussie Juke has been released.
I have fixed a few bugs. Now scales correctly to non 4:3 monitors.

Version 1.6.3.0 of Aussie Juke has been released.
I have added wma support (and wma tags) and more skin options. Also fixed a few bugs.

Version 1.6.2.0 of Aussie Juke has been released.
I have added more skin options and the configuration can now be done from within the program.

Looks like a great program for Arcade Machines.
The only problem I see is having to add albums one by one.
I'll give you one example. I have one of my Hard Rock album set up like this:
H:\Genres\Hard Rock\ACDC\Albums

I I setup my Albums directory to scan the "Genres" folder nothing comes up.
But then even If I choose the ACDC folder still nothing comes up. (unless i'm not doing it right )
I have to click on each individual albums in order for it to be added.
It would be cool if it could scan through subfolders.

Yes, the album directories need to be in Artist/Album/Song order. I've not tried it when that structure is deeper than those levels, but can see that it would be needed for Genres, etc. I'll see what I can do.

Thank you for your quick response.

One more issue.
I unzipped the file program in my Windows 98 machine. Then double clicked on the .exe.
It complained about gdiplus.dll not being present.
So I downloaded gdiplus.dll from a .dll site and all is well.
Just thought I should let you know since there might not be that many people using 98.  ;D

I just tried Aussie Juke with M:\Genres\Hard Rock\Artists\Albums\Songs structure and it worked perfectly.

I simply added M:\Genres\ to the Album Directories list box by browsing to it via the configuration screen.
Did you add it this way or manually edit the ini file?

As for the gdiplus dll, I had forgotten that win98 machines don't have this present by default.
It's used by one of the configuration screen components. I'll add a note in the user notes about that.  ;D

I'm not sure what to say. I've re-read your posts and you appear to be doing it correctly. I tried the same as you and it works.  ???
