in this case literally...
remember the tamiya sand scorcher? man i wish i had one of those. they were the bomb! especially now in retrospect when you realise how special it was that all the parts were cast aluminium. many try to capture the dreams of our youth, but go down the wrong path with something hastily bought on ebay. i love this guys honesty and sense of humour:

edit: when i say literally, i mean literally polishing. a pet peive of mine is people not understanding what 'literal' means. wouldn't want people to think i imagined the shell as 'literally' being a turd (",)
