Alan:

It was hacked a few weeks ago. However, in this case I think the particular forum web domain expired. Remember that one of the owners abandoned it and the other admin (Charlie Maier) passed away back in September. So in essence, I don't think anyone is available to renew the domain.

It was becoming a spammer's paradise plus the fact the forum's software was an old version. They really needed to update the forum software bad and also plug in the latest security/spam updates.

This is a pretty good forum right here and it is tightly moderated to keep the spammer's out. Plus, if you have a look around this forum, you'll see quite a nice archive. Look at all my posts in the monitor forum section.

Hi Ken,

Thanks for that, I know what you mean re the spam, at the moment they have not got the UK version of the site back up yet.

I registered on this site back in 2004 but there was not many topics relating to jukeboxes on then,
I like to give tips on the jukeboxes especially for users in the UK, not many good engineers are about and most of them send me their boards for repair.

Regards
Alan
