Can I hide parent ROMs when "children" ROMs exist in MaLa?

For example, let's say I have X-Men (Euro) which is the parent but because I live in the USA I have the USA "child" ROM.

Can I somehow only show the USA child ROM in MaLa?

Couldn't you just add the "child" ROM to a new gamelist and click on the "Hide All Games List"?  I always hide the All Games list because it's out of control - I create smaller separate lists to navigate while playing...
