WTB 27" VGA Monitor in Seattle Wa ( still looking )
« on: March 22, 2008, 11:42:11 pm »
Well Ive gone and done it. I went and installed my monitor and it looks like over the past week it has somehow slumped and tweaked some of the boards inside it. I don't know enough about monitors and crts in particular to really jump in and fix it. I wish I could but I can not. So now all I have is a 3/4 finished arcade machine with a bad monitor. So on to the good part.
I'm looking to buy either a presentation monitor that accepts vga (in the greater Seattle WA area. I may even travel a ways). The size I need is 25" and not to exceed 25" wide decased. I would also settle for a WG or the like if it takes standard VGA, or if you have a video converter. My budget is as we say not much, but if you name a price we can talk. Just no shipping please, I can't afford 200 just in shipping. Feel free to pm and I can shoot you a phone number.

Still looking, I ended up buying one that only accepts 640x200 and its just not going to work out. Looking to either return it to the seller or sell it for $50. It is a sony PVM -2530 with remote and manual. It has damn good color, and I even fashioned a vga cable for the 25pin connector that it takes.
What I need is something a little bit newer that will take at least 640x480 and is in good shape. I'm in seattle and ready to deal!
