CPS2 PCB question
« on: March 20, 2008, 02:25:00 pm »
There's a port next to the jamma port named communication.  I was wondering what goes into this or what does it do?

That is for the Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo: Tournament Edition game where multiple cabinets were linked up to each other through the communications port so that four cabs could work together in an 8-player tournament.

Hmmm, that does make sense but this is an Xmen vs Street Fighter PCB.  I've tried to find manuals online but have turned up nothing.

That's exactly what I was looking for.  Now it makes sense.  The extra buttons, coin and volume switches are fed into that.  Thanks  :applaud:
