Newbie needs help with CP layout

Hello, newbie here. I' ve spent a couple weeks lurking reading the forums (and  emailing some of you) and I was hoping some of you could take a look at the plans for my control panel and let me know if you see any potential problems or have any suggestions. I will be playing Golden Tee on the cab.

The panel is 32" wide and 16" deep. Once installed, there will be an addittional 3" or so from the top of the CP to the bezel. The trackball is a 3" Betson and it's centered. The M1 & 2 buttons are mouse left & right (It's a PS2 trackball).
