here is a link to my flickr page with pics of my DK JR Machine I picked up for $600 tell me what you think

I am stoked to have this thing. It is really awesome being able to play on a real machine for about an hour or so a day in the evenings.

Congratulations! Looks like it's in mint condition too
So a leper walks into a bar and as he gets his beer, a finger falls off. The bartender who is serving him turns and pukes all over the place. The leper, feeling bad, says, "Was it my finger falling off?" The bartender turns to him and says, "No, it's the guy dipping chips into your back."

Yea I just spent $161 at mikes arcade for a donkey kong board to put in this cabinet. I am still going to build a DK replica to put the board in, But for now as my name suggests. I need to hop some barrels!!!!!

Damn good find. That machine looks great. Glad to see you got rid of that 50 cent sticker.

Thanks for all the good input guys. Yea I had to get rid of the 50cent sticker. I still need to remove the rest of the sticker/residue. This is a very addicting hobby. I am not sure what I want to get next. Perhaps a Jr Pacman?

Ohh well a DK replica based off this cabinet is next on the list.

Thanks again guys and gals

looks great!  Once you get $60 you don't need, I'd recommend dropping in an order for some new repro sideart tho:

Thanks for the info. I am going to stock up on repro art pretty soon. I am still trying to track down 5/8th MDF for Replica cabinet.

Ohh yea I just bought a DK board for my cabinet from mikes arcade. I was bidding on a PCB on ebay that sold for $150. I got mine from mikesarcade.com for $140 with a 30 day warranty. I feel that was a better deal.

I cant wait to hop some barrels!

to quote my finance "thats why they call him jump man and not land man!"  that was in regards to me dying on one of the elevator stages.
