Joysick problem

I set up this dreamcast controller hack but every time I play my characters are alway jumping what could the problem be?

Sounds like you might have a closed connection on one of your buttons. Check your soldering and make sure none of the wires or solder are touching the grounded side of the connection.

Update: it was my connections to the PCB thanks for the help the only thing now is those darn triggers!
