Lost notifications email?

I appear to have lost notifications of replies to all my "notify" topics, for a while now.

I appear to recieve an email for PM's just fine - so I know my email works and forum software has my email address. But no Reply notifications are coming through.


I have all 3 options ticked:

Receive forum announcements and important notifications by email.
Receive reply notification only for the first unread reply.
Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic.

And have replies and notifications selected in the: "For topics and boards I've requested notification on, notify me of" option.

Any ideas?

Bump - anyone else experienced this?

I've add several PM's in past 24 hours, and I get an email notification for them. But several threads I'm tracking get replied to and I don't get an email.

Is it anything I'm doing?

If you get a notification for a thread, but then don't revisit that thread, you don't get any further notifications. If that's not happening, try turning notification off and then back on and let us know what happens?

I have tried turning notifications on/off to no effect.

Also this thread is a good example - I started it. I checked notifications are on (if I click on notify, it says "are you sure you wish to disable notifications"). But I have received no notification that you replied here - I had to come and check.

PM's are still working fine - I get email notification of those (and have done in past 24 hours).

I have also tried changing my profile options to turn notifications off - save - then on again - save.

Am I right in thinking the board software only stores one email per user?

For the record, I changed my email address in my profile, and I am now receiving notifications.

Weird how my old email would only recieve PM notifications (I checked the SPAM filter too - not that).

Anyway, I'll put it down as 'gremlins'.
