Below 20 inch, there are no good LCD's. Period. No LCD manufacturer makes any, as the pixel-pitch limits image quality under 20 inch! So Happ cannot deliver a good one, and asks way to much money for a product that can't be good. Get a regular desktop one from the list I suggested in this topic:
http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=78985.0At the moment, the only good panels (not to be confused with monitor brands/types) are the 20 inch S-IPS, 21.3 inch S-IPS or S-PVA, 23 inch S-IPS, 24 inch S-PVA, 27 inch S-PVA or 30 inch S-IPS or S-PVA's panels. S-IPS comes from LG/Philips and S-PVA comes from Samsung, but they are found in Dells, Apple's, Eizo's, Necs, La Cie's, Samsungs, even Acer has some. They ALL mention 178/178 (or 89/89 of axis) viewing degrees, which is the first thing to check. 170/170 viewing angles or less are nowhere near as good.
One last fun thing: Here in Holland, PC stores NEVER show 178/178 SPVA/SIPS displays as they are almost twice as expensive as TN-screens at least, and they make TN-images look like 100% crap. That will confuse costumers way too much. So good SIPS and SPVA can only be bought online here.
